The project aim is to create a simple office building with characteristic cuts in the solid volume. The entrance facade stands out thanks to a suspended bridge leading towards the main door, which overhangs the underneth ditch that provides the underground level with light. A logical functional scheme results from the investor's needs and building regulations. The ALBA office building is 5 storeys (including the -1 level). Entries are set on the ground level. The main one, leading through a bridge is mainly for customers, whereas the back one serves employees and garbage truck drivers. The plan of each floor is almost the same, with a corridor and separate rooms. Level -1 is mainly of a recreational purpose. It holds a bar, places to rest, an archive and technical spaces. On the ground floor truck- stock is disposed, while the top floors are occupied by management, who can take a breath of fresh air on an open terrace.
