For the aim of keeping the composition and aesthetics of the plot the decision was made to hide most of the new volume below ground level. It also generated the empty central space - an entry plaza flanked by the existing historical buildings and rows of trees. The project emphasizes the historical axis and classicism symmetry characteristic of the plot. The concert hall, emerging from the pond, shimmers on its dark, triangular surfaces and becomes the focal point of the complex. It brings to mind a faceted gem-stone pointing out a tremendous role that Sinfonia Varsovia plays in the cultural life of Warsaw and Poland.
