idea
- restoration and rehabilitation of the original urban scheme by rearranging the focal axis
- bringing the huge functional programme under the ground in order to emphasize the historic school building
- using the existing level differences to create a terrace garden
- brick wall as both a common element and a borderline
- condensation and differentiation of the green areas and provision of an appropriate infrastructure
- introduction of multifunctional urban furniture descending from the building and terrain geometry
- independent functioning of the arena
