Slow food - restaurant in ruralscape - "A catcher in the rye"
Into the fields and meadows, on a gentle slope the restaurant is blended. A sloping plane leads to it from the road and a roadside car park. Its island-like little fields form a labyrinth. Making our way through it one has time to calm down and experience the beauty of the peaceful rural setting. The open horizon, sun and rustling fields seem to penetrate the spacious interior of the restaurant through the front glass wall. White cylinders, circles and rings of various sizes and heights dominate in the amorphous space and form functional constituents and furnishings of the restaurant. There, in natural surroundings, one can contemplate, eat and cook healthy, macrobiotic food.
