The Skarbowców complex is set in a park district of Wrocław. To maintain the plot's green character three mini-towers rise above common ground floor instead of one massive block of flats. The divided building seems light and translucent. Inside four types of apartments respond to different lifestyle demands and different family models. Despite the size, each apartment opens either to the roof terrace or balcony enabling the inhabitants to commune with nature.
