The building is located in the foothills of the Sudety Mountains, on a large plot separated from its neighbours by small woodland. The form of the house recalls the pre-war country farm buildings characteristic of Lower Silesia. Two enlongated masses topped with a pitched roof form a cross, thus dividing the plot and decreasing the scale of the house by framing the views. The cross wings create protected annexes and define functional zones. In order to make the mass homogeneous, both the roof and walls are covered with one of material: fiber cement tiles.
