The project's aim is to revitalize one of the city centre plots in Wrocław. The new urban structure aims to create a passage connecting two neighbouring commercial streets. The ground floors of the existing buildings together with roofs of the new ones (immersed in the ground) generate interesting public space and enhance the quality of the recreation zones. Roof terraces, open for public use, become places for healthy outside activities. The green platform holds a playground and an atrium, from which trees emerge. The irregular "crystal" structure can house a prestigious corporate function and become both a symbol of the company and a showpiece of the whole complex. The underground garage is designed for over 100 cars.
