Cobra housing is the low-rise patio-houses complex rising spirally around the central courtyard. The courtyard creates roofing that protects the common spaces (leisure spots, parking lots, etc.) against the sun and the rain. The proposed structure defines the outer edges of the urban block and forms a corner dominant accented vertically by the residential tower. The externally defined figure allows various arrangement of every unit - personal living space (5x10x6m) around one's own patio. The sizes of the flats which can accommodate working space vary from 15 to 75m2. The lightweight system of timber framework houses form the chain of structurally independent elements raised on steel poles. The flats are accessible from the spirally winding street with a drop of 0-4%. Its floor, made of open-work steel grating allows light to enter the ground and facilitate the growth of trees and plants.
