The project for the new visitors' complex divides the main tourists' handling (loud) section from the museum route, which should be taken in silent contemplation. It negates the organizer's idea to locate the hotel on "B" site and the COO (visitor service centr) facilities in the old slaughter house as disharmonious and making it impossible for the tourists to stay focus. Instead the newly created longitudinal building serves as a barrier between the extermination camp and the entry plaza.
